ING Financial Advisers provides its representatives a mix of comprehensive learning opportunities from conferences and seminars to online and technical events each year through our Center for Professional Development. Local office training is also provided. You will have the ability to interact with peers and home office staff on a regular basis in person, over the phone and through web technology.
National Training Opportunities
On an annual basis, ING Financial Advisers provides representatives with the chance to interact with peers and home office experts while learning about new products and services and networking with colleagues. Annually, ING Financial Advisers and ING Life Insurance and Annuity Company host a National Training Conference. This event is one of the premier agent-led training conferences. Focusing on industry trends, representatives of ING Financial Advisers attend workshops led by other ING Financial Adviser Representatives on a variety of topics.
Center for Professional Development
The ING Center for Professional Development is a team dedicated to your continuing education as ING Defined Contribution Financial Services Professionals. We help you learn how to better help your clients achieve their financial goals. Our education opportunities come in a variety of styles to best meet your training and education needs.
