Client Data System (CDS)
CDS is a front office system designed to increase marketing, sales, and customer service capabilities. This system helps you manage time, organize client prospect files, generate policy and investment portfolio results, and identify the best opportunities through database marketing.
ING Presents
ING Presents is a proprietary suite of tools developed for financial professionals to provide the resources needed to perform retirement needs and asset allocation analysis, identify life insurance and annuity sales opportunities, illustrate product solutions, and close the sale.
ING Presents provides the flexibility to enter the sales lifecycle as dictated by the client’s needs. The dynamic main menu provides quick and easy access to the tools and information you need, regardless of the starting point.
As the cornerstone of ING’s off-line support tools, ING Presents is distributed free of charge. To expedite software distribution, updates to the software are delivered periodically via the Internet. Product illustration and technical support for the entire suite is provided by ING employees.
ING Financial Healthcheck
Financial Healthcheck is a proprietary needs analysis program distributed as a component of ING Presents. Besides retirement needs analysis, Financial Healthcheck also includes analysis modules for monthly budget, net worth, education funding, paycheck, 1040 tax, capital needs (life insurance), and basic savings. In addition to estimating Social Security retirement benefits, Financial Healthcheck can estimate retirement benefits for more than 160 public defined benefit plans.
Educators’ Financial Analysis
The Educators’ Financial Analysis (EFA) is a proprietary needs analysis tool focused exclusively on retirement. Distributed as a component of ING Presents, it seamlessly integrates a powerful calculation tool with an engaging presentation to help clients quickly understand investment concepts, as well as their income needs during retirement. Like Financial Healthcheck, EFA includes estimated Social Security benefits and retirement benefits for more than 160 public defined benefit plans.
ING Allocation Mentor
Allocation Mentor is a proprietary asset allocation tool developed to support ING’s employer-sponsored product lines (e.g., 401(k), 403(b), 457(b)). Based on responses to a risk tolerance questionnaire, the tool suggests one of five model investment portfolios. The model portfolio can then be applied to the list of investment options available within a selected product. Clients are provided with a report that details the questionnaire responses, the suggested model and the investment options selected to fulfill that model.
Laser App
Laser App provides an interactive forms system for representatives. The Laser App system is designed to assist representatives in filling out the seemingly tedious and often redundant fields in securities product and annuity forms. With a Laser App registration (available for a yearly fee), you'll gain access to all the forms you use on a regular basis with just the click of a mouse.
